Wave values framework e-learning

This eLearning introduces the Wave Values Framework and connects each value to concrete behaviors in everyday work situations.

Through short scenarios inspired by real Wave roles — including Customer Reps, Team Leads, Regional Leads, and Fraud Analysts — you will explore how our values guide decisions in moments of pressure, disagreement, or uncertainty.

For each value, you will watch two contrasting situations:

• One where the value is not practiced

• One where the value is applied

The goal of this training is not perfection.
It is awareness and practice.

By the end of the module, you will better understand how our values show up in daily work and how small decisions contribute to building Wave’s culture.
